Hi Michaela, sorry for the name mixup!
You should save the PNG file to your computer rather than open it as a text document. It’s quite difficult to say what might be causing that though. Are you on Windows or Mac?
This guide might also be able to help with that. In essence, you need to download the image to your computer, then use this in the widget options.
We’re unable to delete reviews, but you are able to change the rating if you wanted to. I’d really appreciate it if you could do that, as this plugin is now rated 3 stars out of 5, which may put a lot of people off.
Let me know how you get on with the PNG image. If you’re still having problems with it then it might be worth helping via email so I can upload the image for you if required.
