Security Modules Not Visible

Hi
When I go to the Security plugin under the Settings, I don’t see any of the modules. The filter in the upper right lists 30 modules, 24 Recommended and 6 Advanced. As I click on each filter item still no modules are visible. I have full administrator access so there should be no issue there. The plugin is currently updated at version 6.5.1. Can anyone let me know what is going on here and how to fix it.
