security issues after instal

Hi,

I’ve recently tried to install the plugin. When activating it gives me the 6) error from your list.

Warning: is_dir() [function.is-dir]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/) is not within the allowed path(s): etc……

The guys from the hosting said they won’t make the changes you suggested on your website due to security issues that they raise. They said I should find an alternative plugin or consider paying for a VPS where I would host it.

Is there a way I could make your plugin work on my host ?
