Security Firewall is Activated for Your IP

A customer emailed with a screen shot that stated:
“Security Firewall is activated for your IP 64.64.121.92. Blacklisted.”
There are no other details.
Every week I do a blacklist check which passes OK. I have contacted my host provider and I am told that their blacklist checks are OK as well.
I have two domains
* wisenutritioncoaching.com.au
* wck.com.auwck.com.au is a subdomain of wisenutritioncoaching.com.au
Is there anything that I can do within Clean Talk to resolve or troubleshoot this problem?
