Security Concern with plugin

Because I was having problems with some sites (not related to this plugin) I asked my host do preform a special security scan.
They reported these files that “our scanning script identified as potentially unsafe”
/wp-pro-quiz/lib/helper/WpProQuiz_Helper_ImportXml.php
Can you investigate and resolve this issue? OR explain why this isn’t a concern?
