Security Check Showing HTML of a page

When I run the security check there’s a block of HTML displayed that begins:
Invalid IP returned: <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC “-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN” “https://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd”> <html xmlns=”https://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml”> <head> <title>IIS 8.0 Detailed Error – 404.0 – Not Found</title> <style type=”text/css”> <!–
Where can I find this page as I assume it needs deleting or is there some configuration that needs changing.
