Security Check Referal Fails

The security check referral fails bug seems to be back.
Running WordPress 4.4
Visual Form Builder 2.8.6The problem goes away when I turn off caching plugins. I’ve tried two different cache plugins Zen Cache Pro and WP Rocket when either one is turned on the error occurs trying to submit a form.
Solutions?
