Security check failed

I’m currently testing WorldPay payments. After payment it redirects back to the website with the message “Security check failed, the transaction wasn’t successful, order has been canceled. Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again”.
An email is received by the customer which says the same thing.
I have spoken to WorldPay support and they say the payment is being recorded as successful. An email is also received by the merchant saying the payment was successful. Worldpay support suggested contacting you as it appears to be an issue with the plugin
