ALERT – script tried to disable
memory_limit by setting it to a negative value -1 bytes which is not allowed

    – WordPress up to date – yes 4.5.2 from scratch
    – NextGEN up to date – yes 2.1.31 again from scrtach
    – What version of NextGEN Gallery did you upgrade from? no upgrade

    – MySQL : 5.1.73
    – PHP : 5.3.29
    – The mod_rewrite Apache module activated? yes
    – PHP Safe Mode OFF? yes

    – Who are you hosted with? KDA Web Services
    – What theme are you running? Own theme based on _’s
    – Which plugins do you have installed and activated? – error still shows with oall plugins off
    – Does this error still occur if you switch your theme to a WordPress Twenty series theme and deactivate all plugins except NextGEN Gallery? Yes

Can you tell me where the -1 is applied and I will change it?

As basically unusable as it triggers a security warning on the server everytime I upload an image and locks me out of the server

    Thank you

    Sarah

@sarahweb – I would actually suggest you review this with your web hosting service as it will be failing due to the “security” settings they are employing in your server’s environment.

As it is, you will probably need to review for @ini_set('memory_limit', -1); (you should find four instances) but you will also need to further review how each change you intend to make affects other places in our code. Also, we would not provide support for any modifications to the core code of our plugin.
