Security Alert Error in Image Upload

    Hello! I was updating my WP website, and was uploading some images. Suddenly I received a following error during uploading:
    “Security Alert

    The file you are uploading was rejected by the server.
    It probably contents viruses or trojans that can damage your website

    Do not attempt to upload it again as your IP address may be blocked.”

    I scanned all the images with AVG internet Security 2015, but No any threat found in scanning.
    Please guide me how do I resolve this issue.

  • did you ran your files with any online malware scanner like this one to make sure file is safe and AVG ight not be missing something.

    if your file cames out safe after scanning through this online scanner too, better get in touch with your webhost.

    Thanks laliz! my problem is resolved now, there was any script on my webhost server, which was causing this issue.
