    I just downloaded your plugin and my host has sent me this email:

    Attack on Your 1&1 Webspace – Important Information for Your Security

    Our anti-virus scanner reports that the following malicious file has been uploaded to your 1&1 Webspace:

    ~Mattress/wp-content/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/binaries/cwebp-linux

    They need to update their virus definitions, there are no virii in the EWWW I.O. plugin. ClamAV (and any scanner that uses their definitions) detected it falsely about 2-3 months ago, but I just did a fresh scan and came up empty.
