Security – Access to file even with tight access permission

Hello,

I created categories and uploaded a file that should only be visible to admin and certain user roles that are logged in. I set this up under Access Permission. However, when I log out and put in the URL to this file, I can still access it. I don’t get the error saying that I shouldn’t have access to this file.

Any idea what could be causing this? Am I missing something?
