Secure location

  • Hello,

    we have a case of missing attachments again and I can’t seem to find the whereabouts of the “secure location”. Is that mentioned in any documentation?

    Where is it supposed to be and what FTP permissions need to be set?

    Currently I don’t see any Jobs folder not contained within WordPress.

    Clicking attachments nets a 404.

  • We have the same problem. If we select the “WP Media” method when saving files, the documents will end up in the media library. However, if we choose “Secure Folder”, no data will be saved and will not be available on the server.
