I have developed a page to my customer about 1,5 years ago. Stack: Breakdance builder, motion.page for animation, ACF Pro and Translatepress free. Everything was running smoothly, until few weeks ago customer reported that some sections in the translated version on the homepage are missing.

This is the original version https://artplex.pl/, this is the translated one https://artplex.pl/pl/. The problematic sections are missing just after the big red section with scrolling circle images.

What I tried: disabled all plugins and reactivated one by one, cleared all possible cache (incl. disabling cache plugins), enabled the ‘Fix missing dynamic content’ setting in TP Advanced tab, downgraded TP all the way to 2.8.0. None of these helped. Surprisingly, after doing a staging site and disabling/enabling plugins helped – but not on production (not sure what this can mean in this case).

I see the missing sections in the code inspector, but on the translated page the are missing a lot of the styles/css, which is the actual issue – another words sections are not actually missing (from the code), but don’t have all the necessary css properties from the original page (css properties set in Breakdance elements). When opening the TP editor I also don’t see the problematic sections.

I could add all custom css to the translated page manually, but would like to leave this as last resort plan and rather fix the actual issue.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Right now we experimenting some bugs with Breakdance plugin. We know about one that manifest in Translation Editor, where the content form Breakdance is not rendered, but could be others. It’s quite possible to have other bugs like the one you described, although you said on the staging there are no issues. However, at the moment there is no full compatibility with that builder.

It could be related to some cache, maybe from server side. You can check more in this direction, since on the staging things worked properly.

@alexcozmoslabs Yes, the caching was a suspect for me – but then disabling the cache plugin didn’t help, and I checked with my host that they do not do any server side caching. So that’s weird indeed.

I hope you will be able to fix the compatibility issues with BD and a future release will deal with my issue. As for now I seem to have no choice than manually add the missing CSS rules for the “missing” sections to show (fortunately the HTML is there).

We will try to fix them, but you should know that they are not a priority due to the number of users who reported it. The plugin is not that popular among our users.
