Sections built with page builder not visible on mobile

    Hi Everyone,

    I love Maskitto Light theme and currently using on the website – sharmaavedant.com

    There is a slight problem I am facing while browsing the website on mobile: The homepage of the website isn’t visible besides a text box I placed using the page builder.

    The portfolio, services and other post types are missing. There are some black lines though denoting space allocated to various elements. Here is a screenshot: https://www.sharmaavedant.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/mobile-maskitto.png

    I have tried logging in through multiple Android mobile devices, but only the top of the page where I placed some text appears on mobile

    On using MobileTest.me, everything seems fine on all the devices.

    I also built another page using pagebuilder – https://www.sharmaavedant.com/services-and-products.

    And this page also experiences the same issue – I see only a line on mobile and blank page.

    Can someone please help me. Thanks a ton.

    Is everything running fine at your end? Can you please tell me the possibilities that might be causing this issue.

    Hi,

    So I deactivated all the plugins and activated them again. And the issue is resolved now. There was most probably a conflict between Jetpack and Pagebuilder/Maskitto theme. I haven’t activated Jetpack back again and everything works fine on mobile.

    There is a possibility of conflict between iThemes security and Pagebuilder as well.

    Can you please suggest social media share buttons I should use with the theme?

    And if the iThemes security plugin and Jetpack plugin are required with maskitto light?

    Hello,

    When we made tests in your website, we couldn’t see the issue.

    Looks like the Jetpack plugin could have some compatibility issues. In the upcoming days we will make some tests.

    You can try this plugin for social media buttons and the only required plugins for our theme is Types, Redux Framework and Page Builder.

    Hi,

    Yep Jetpack it was. I have deleted it. I settled with AddToAny’s social media share buttons. Thanks a ton for the help.
