sections are not being added

Could you perform the following steps for me and let me know if they resolve the issue, please:
– ?disable all your plugins except Mesmerize Companion by going to your WP Admin > Plugins > All Plugins
?- clear your Cache memory
?- make sure our plugin and theme are up to date

If performing them doesn’t fix the problem be sure to reply to this thread to let me know, and also provide me with a link to your website.

In your reply please also include the version of the theme that you are using. You can check it by going to Appearance > Themes > Hover our theme and click on Theme Details. The version that you are using will be in the top right of the popup window that will have opened.

Hello. Of the themes, only Highlight is installed, of the plugins only Mesmerize, theme version 1.0.29 plugin version 1.6.147 I throw you a link to the screenshot which shows that the section is marked as added but it is not in the menu. Can you please try to de-activate all plugins except the Mesmerize Companion and re-check your page with the issue?

This seems to be a plugin related issue.

Hello. Having failed to achieve results with installing the theme from scratch, I decided to move the finished site from the local host. And after the transfer, everything worked correctly. For the sake of interest, I installed it from scratch again, and the problems started again. Deactivating the plugin did not help. I can’t figure out what’s going on. But the migrated site is working and that’s the main thing. If I solve the problem, I will definitely unsubscribe. Thanks for attention.
