Could you perform the following steps for me and let me know if they resolve the issue, please:
– ?disable all your plugins except Mesmerize Companion by going to your WP Admin > Plugins > All Plugins
?- clear your Cache memory
?- make sure our plugin and theme are up to date
If performing them doesn’t fix the problem be sure to reply to this thread to let me know, and also provide me with a link to your website.
In your reply please also include the version of the theme that you are using. You can check it by going to Appearance > Themes > Hover our theme and click on Theme Details. The version that you are using will be in the top right of the popup window that will have opened.
