Section of page missing – ad hoc issue

    We are using the Sensei plugin with the Divi theme and have a recurring issue whereby sections of the lesson (mainly audio elements) disappear from the front end of the site. The issue is adhoc and doesn’t follow a pattern. I have checked correlation with updates etc but can’t see any reason for the issues. The problem also doesn’t occur with all lessons at one time either. One day all audio could be hidden, another day just the audio included in one lesson cant be seen.
    To rectify the issue all I need to do is update the page and all elements appear again.
    All plugins, themes and wordpress are updated to the latest versions.
    I have screen shots if needed of the page layout and front end view before and after the page has been re-published.
    The only way we know there is a problem is if a student contacts us. My client is getting increasingly frustrated as this issue doesn’t reflect well on their business.

    Hi there

    This type of ad hoc issue can be tricky to diagnose.

    A few questions that may help:

    – Is it only audio that disappears, or have you seen it with other content too?
    – How is the audio added to your lessons?
    – Have you tried adding audio to a post/page to see if it’s a more general issue with the site rather than an issue specific to Sensei LMS?
    – Does the content disappear from the lesson edit screen too, or only the front end?
