  • Where are you getting there “Warnings”?

    I assume a validator?

Yes the warnings are through W3C Validator

    Hello!

It’s a theme development mistake, I assume. I’m not an expert on HTML, but I have some experience, and I don’t believe sections should be used inside divs. It’s the other way around. And a general rule in HTML and a good practice is to use a heading for each section, since sections and headings are used for structure.

Or, if you are using some sort of builder for your theme, you might have used some elements in the wrong way, therefore some sections appear in the wrong places under the wrong form.

You might want to contact your theme’s developer.

They are just SEO warnings. Not every wep page on the internet has to follow Google’s recommendations EXACTLY. I have built MANY sites that do not have H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 in every section on every page…

I would ignore them and have a nice day.

    Just FYI: https://yoast.com/headings-use/

Ok thanks guys, will just have to leave it for now because I have no idea how I can fix it ??

You can’t, except if you rewrite the code or make everything mentioned in W3C Validator an H2 or H3 (like “Contact Details” in the footer) from your page builder or something, but that wouldn’t be such a good idea anyway.

The section tag is not added properly, that’s why it’s triggering warnings in W3C Validator, but these are warnings for best practices and general rules. I wouldn’t lose sleep over it, as @jaycbrf also pointed out.
