Section below 'Service Option'

I am unable to find where to edit the section below ‘service option’. The space with three blocks, detail text and ‘Read More’ below it.

Also would like to know how to change the font colors on pages.

And how to not have any text on the ‘Home Slide Image Title One’ and ‘Description One’. Right now you must have text in the box on the first slide but not the 2nd or 3rd.

Not sure how to install the guardian pro template and if that one will have more features.
