Seconds of a different color

Hmmm…I haven’t allowed that level of fine-grained control over the color. Right now the Text Color setting controls the color of both the date and time. You can style the date differently from the time by using the following CSS hooks:

.widget_date_time .date and .widget_date_time .time

I will consider adding additional classes that you can hook into for controlling the individual parts of the time in an upcoming release, but I don’t think I’m going to roll that over into the settings, as I don’t think it will be useful to the majority of users.
