secondary site on multisite keeps redirecting to main site

I have wordpress multisite set up successfully for my other sites, however i made a new one, and it keeps redirecting to my main site when i visit its domain.

Also when I try to edit it or create new posts, it goes into the edit screen for my main site.

Any suggestions?
