secondary navigation menu –gone

hello,

new at this

installed 2014 theme, have a child for it.

i am going through it and seeing what it does
in the process, my secondary menu – the left hand sidebar-

the navigation links all disappeared

i need some advice getting them back or

– i realize i can always reinstall

i did add these plugins

• HTML Editor Syntax Highlighter
• Easy Twitter Feed Widget
