Secondary Menu Question on a Theme

Hello to all-

So I bought a template from good ole Themeforest. The template I bought I come to find out does not support secondary links for pages only posts. So now I am trying to figure out how to add secondary links either via drop down or a secondary horizontal menu based upon the initial click: IE: Products(Main Category) > Electronics (Child)

Is there a plugin or a snipped that I can place in the header that would have a quick and happy ending ?? Thanks for the help
