Secondary Menu Items Not Clickable

I made a host of changes to my website today, and at some point my WordPress main menu got screwed up.

If I hover and try to move down, it disappears. If I scroll down with the keyboard while leaving the mouse put until it’s on the box of secondary items, I am able to move it around and click things.

This is happening in Chrome and Safari, haven’t tried another.
