I’m running up-to-date WordPress, WooCommerce, and the colors plugin (1.0.5).

I’ve got a dark secondary color so that the add to cart buttons look nice. However, it means that the box for entering credit card information on checkout also has that background and incredibly low contrast. I think the selectors may be applying to mark they weren’t intended to? You can see the store at campfireseattle.org/shop/.

Sometimes it is difficult to predict this kind of behavior.
But you can try different tone and even a bit of CSS.

Some more detailed documentation of how the colors work would be really helpful.

    even a bit of CSS.

If that’s really required, it’s hard to see what exactly the point of the plugin is!

CSS will depend theme to theme, some authors change the CSS and HTML from the WooCommerce.
The point of this plugin is to change some WooCommerce elements, but it is impossible to prevent problems in all themes.

I guess that makes sense. What is concerning to me is that the plugin settings could independently create, for example, too-low-contrast button-text. If the settings are insufficient to do what I want, I’m happy to write CSS, but I found that the settings alone were producing problems and I think other people felt the same.

yeah, but this was a native WooCommerce option has been removed from the core.
When was the core works just as well and themes could remove these options…
I just ported it to a new plugin to keep some compatibility with the option, just so it would not disappear forever.
