Second Thoughts

  • I initially rated this high but to be honest its difficult to regionalise with some language and spelling used in the front end, not UK English. You have to edit the language file but then on an update, all your changes are reverted back. Also, GDPR kicked in today and this theme isn’t compliant and puts you in breach.

    Hi there,

    We thank you and appreciate any feedback from our customers. It is good to receive your true thoughts even if they are not positive. Thus we know our weak points and what we must work on within nearest releases.
    We agree that we are a bit late with GDPR and we are doing our best to release this update in the nearest possible time.
    Also, if you share with us your UK language file, we will include them within next update, and the issue you experienced will never happen again.
    As you initially rated us higher than 1 star, we still hope that you will stay with us.
