Add some code? No. Modify the existing theme? Yes. That’s sort of what hotkee meant by “learn some CSS and play with your stylesheet and amend the template“.
Theming is not difficult, but it’s also not easy. It’s not something that somebody is going to do for free. People pay for themes. People pay for people to work for them. If you want somebody to work for you, you pay them, or you learn to do it yourself.
