    Hello,

    I enabled the “Second Review Reminder” to test response rates and have since disabled it.

    However, in the “Reminders” tab, it shows the 2nd review requests are still being queued up.

    Also, in the “Order Notes” of an order it states they are still being queued up “CR: a 2nd review reminder was successfully scheduled for August 18, 2024 10:27 am (HKT).”

    I didn’t want to make new topic for it but where is that “Second review reminder” option? I cannot find such feature or settings.
