Second Payment Not Working

    When a user pays for the subscription, first payment works fine. 24 hours later – no secondary payment is being initiated. The subscription is still active but nothing happens.

    I can see the correct payment due date in subscriptions, and the subscription appears to be in the buyers PayPal account under automatic payments…. but the second payment isn’t being sent.

    It’s a payment through PayPal Standard – Vaulting is turned on – and everything appears to be setup correctly. Can someone give me any assistance, or a plugin developer log in to take a look?

    Hello @ashrowe,

    i need you clarify a thing: are you using PayPal Standard or WooCommerce PayPal Payments? They are two different thing.

    In the first case, you must have IPN enabled and, the subscription should appear in your PayPal Account. Please note that with PayPal Standard it’s PayPal platform that triggers the payments.

    In the second case please make sure that WordPress crons are working, because with WooCommerce PayPal Payments it’s your site that manages the payments.
