Second page pdf fields not listed in plugin fields

    Hi,

    My pdf has two pages. Unfortunately, the fields of the second page are not listed as pdf fields in Field Mapper Tool. Can you advice?

    Nevermind, the fields in the second page are signature fields. I was able to make the mapping through the embed image tool.
