    I’m facing the follow issue:
    When I answer the first question from a form I created without waiting +/- 3 seconds it doesn’t show step 2 and the answers. It just goes to an empty step. First this only happend on IOS but now somehow it happens on my pc as well in Google Chrome.

    I e-mailed you guys about this matter but besides one reply after about a week mentioning you couldn’t replicate the issue, I haven’t heard anything from you guys even though I explained how to replicate it and when it happens. The last and only reply I got from you guys was on the 19th of july and it’s now the 30th..

    I checked the page source code, and it seems that transform: translateX(-100%); is not added when clicking on an answer to fast. (this only happens at the first step)

    Caching is turned off for the page, so that can’t be the issue.

    Could you guys fix this or at least give me an update on this matter..? This problem exists now for over 2 weeks.

    Hi @shoptoppers247,

    thanks for the report – we already saw your ticket and also responded to it.

    This case is an edge-case, occuring on your system, but we got no references, or duplicates right now and cannot reproduce on other systems.

    Therefore we are already about finding out the specific problem and fixing it.

    Hi Fabio,

    We contacted a programmer who looked into this issue, and I looked into this myself as well (I can code decently as well) and it seems to really be an issue from your side and not server related.
    We have edited the plugin code and managed to fix the issue after adding this class which you guys already debugged with in the code ‘left_marg’, but it was causing much more issues.

    But this show, the issue should be fixed from within the plugin.

    We would love to order the premium version of the plugin since we like how it works.
    But can this somehow be fixed? Because otherwise the plugin isn’t really useable.

    So can this be looked into again?
