Second menu doesn't load on category pages

Hi,

I’m currently working on the following website:
https://www.nieuweplaat.nl

The websites has two menu’s, a menu for categories (genres) and a menu for other static pages. On every page both menu are loaded perfectly except for the category pages.

The top menu (gray) isn’t being loaded on those category pages (being accessed through the 2nd menu below the logo), and have I completely no Idea since the rest of the header file is being loaded.

How is this possible?

I would really appreciate any help provided.
