Second List not Showing

Hi,

I turned to this plugin when the WP 4.5 conflicted with the ability to show Full Content that comes with the theme. So, thank you for the plugin!

I need to create 2 list for my website, however the second list (current events) that i created is not showing.
Following are the shortcodes i used:
[catlist name=past-events numberposts=-1 content=yes no_post_titles=yes instance=1]
[catlist name=current-events numberposts=-1 content=yes no_post_titles=yes instance=2]

I tried adding instance as you saw above, i’ve also tried calling category by id, which it actually loads the past events category instead of current events.

When I inspect the page, i see that a catlist is generated, however with an empty

. I was unable to see any error logged on console. Has anyone encountered this or know the fix to this?
