Second Custom Post empty in Admin

Hi guys,

been at this for atleast 4 hours and cannot figure it out, I have a custom post type which works perfect I wish to add a second, once I add the second it works perfect however the first custom post loses its meta boxes and everything in the admin?

As soon as I add a second custom post type it breaks, the second custom post it pretty much identical, except I change the word portfolio to featured
