Second confirmation email on new booking

Hello,
I would like to ask for help. Everything was working fine since yesterday and new update.
Now every new booking gets two confirmation emails. One with status Confirmed, second with information that the status changed to “Pay Later”… I think it cause the recent change of removing online payments from free version, and the system somehow remember that we had the online payments off, and all new bookings were set to be paid later… Unfortunately, after the recent patch, the setting is not in the administration and we cant change it.
So new bookings are set to confirmed status (thats what we want), but immediately after, the status is changed to Pay Later and second confirmation email is send…
Can we somehow fix this as the settings in administration are missing for this now?Thanks for reply,
