Second co-author does not appear; author search not working

My company’s blog (microgridnews.com) is using Co-Authors Plus. but there appears to be a couple of bugs with WP 4.6.1.

Bug #1: second co-author does not appear. If we add a second author on a post, they do not appear in the published post; only first author appears.

Bug #2: cannot search for an author. The ‘search’ field below the author list when editing a post does nothing.
