    Hello,

We’ve encountered an issue while implementing Seatreg on our website. The problem we’re facing is that when we try to view the registration, it only displays the homepage. Our website is built using Elementor, and we’re using the Elementor header, footer plugin, and menus. We’ve noticed that Elementor can sometimes have compatibility issues with different themes and plugins.

We’re open to the idea of disabling Elementor on the specific page where the registration takes place, but even after attempting this, the issue persists. Unfortunately, we’re unable to disable Elementor site-wide. We’re exploring the possibility of setting up a custom URL so that the embedded registration form redirects to a page where Elementor is disabled, rather than being a subquery of the homepage where Elementor can’t be turned off.

We’re looking for any suggestions or workarounds to address this Elementor-related challenge. Your insights and ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!

    Hello

Yes many have reported compatibility issues with Elementor but for some its working just fine. I have not been able to reproduce the issue myself. If you have some time maybe you can try to reproduce the issue in testing site? You can use https://tastewp.com (one click WP testing site). Write down all the steps (what plugins you installed, configurations etc) so I can reproduce the issue myself and hopefully fix the problem.
