    Hi!

I added SearchWP to my site?https://supersite.icu

Easy updates Manager consistently fails to update the plugin, even though all other plugins update fine. I have Cloudways hosting and Wordfence installed. How can I troubleshoot the issue? Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @savethefrogs ,

    Apologies for the delay.

By the way, are you using the free version of SearchWP plugin or the premium one? and when you said about EUM fails to update the plugin, is there any entry logs regarding the update failture of the SearchWP plugin recorded in the EUM’s Update Logs tab/page?, if there is, could you please click the Show Notes link text for the corresponding plugin to see what problem it encountered during the update process.

    Thanks

    Hi Anthon,
It is from GPLVault. Perhaps I need to talk to them.

    Hi @safethefrogs

    Apologies for the delay.

Update package not available means that the URL that is used to download the update package from the remote server can’t be located. Usually, the reason why you’re getting this message is because the server cache mechanism that returns old URL data which doesn’t longer exist, or it could be due to the key license activation that is no longer connected to the remote server which also means that you need to re-enter/re-activate your key license via the plugin settings page.

    Thanks
    Anthon
