Searching users doesn’work

Search results filter the results by First Name by default. You may change this by configuring the option “Default Search Field” from “ProfileGrid >> Global Settings >> User Directory” in the dashboard.

Search works based on the text which you have put in the text box, search button is not required. We checked the link shared by you, but it seems like you have restricted the page content.

My sites are restricted only to members

It is complicate and not logically

I have to take filters and to choose group. I only have 1 group.
On other site (group members) I have to choose Username to have something found .

Seach work based on the field selected in the advanced search settings. You may use the Group page filter if you have only one group and do not want to select a group. The group page also has the feature of filtering the users by custom fields.
