in your settings > permalink settings choose the “page title” permalink option.

Permalinks were already set as you said, but the issue still persists.

It only happens with that theme.

It has to do with the permalinks, for some reason yours are changing the & symbol to the html code for it.. see here:
This is what happens:

https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/page/2/?s=mas#038;post_type=product

and this is what it should be:

https://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/page/2/?s=mas&post_type=product

I would contact woocommerce and see if they know if this bug.

Yes, you right.

Before I’ve switched to another theme and the same happened. I believe it’s WooCommerce. The product search only works with Woothemes.

This issue has nothing to do with Virtue ??
