    Within the last day I purchased the Pro version of Product Catalogue. After the purchase, when I go to my catalogs and try to change categories, it gets stuck on “Updating Results…” and won’t actually load the other products. I am under the assumption that pro option that got opened up that I need to tool with. Any help would be appreciated.

    Is it possible that it is just taking the product images to load?

    I made a test catalog with 2 categories with 2 products each. These have no problems loading.

    I took a look at the console and there seem to be some JS errors on that page that may be related to the Infinite Scroll feature.

    If you go to Option->Premium->”Infinite Scroll” and set it to No, does that make any difference?

    The “no” option was already selected in my premium options. If you browse the other catalogs (such as this link: https://www.henschelhats.com/new/robert-graham-collection/), it allows me to change categories with no issues.

    It looks like something with the JavaScript/jQuery maybe isn’t loading right on that page. I can’t see what the exact difference is between this page and the Fall/Winter page that is working. Do you happen to be using some kind of page builder or visual composer and maybe have some difference between the two pages? Try creating a brand new page and putting the shortcode for that catalog as the only content on that page. Does it work? (This will help us to know if it’s something specific to the page or to maybe an item in your catalog.)

    Well, I did that (I thought I had previously) and I made a new catalog entirely (just added the categories) and it seems to be working! Thanks for your help and patience.
