    Hi,
I am using listing theme Townhub. The theme has its own search which is not searching in translated version of the site. How can I fix this?

    Hi,

First, be sure you access the translated content first, then it will appear in the search results. Otherwise, it won’t be found.

If the issue persists, please, open a ticket on our website, https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/, where to mention you already contacted on the free forum (you can mention the link to this conversation also) because we will need to investigate in detail, maybe replicate with your actual setup.

    Hi ALex,

I don’t understand what means “access the translated content”.

It’s possible TP si not compatible with this particular search unfortunately. It does return search results in the default language, but not the translated one, even though it probably should.

I was mean that you need to first access the translated product/page/post by browsing it, then search for it. It may not work if was not accessed earlier.

However, as my colleague Cristian said, it may not work at all, although it should. If is the case, please open a ticket on our website, https://translatepress.com/support/ask-a-presale-question/, where to mention the link to this conversation in the description and the nature of the issue.
