Searching for suggest plugin?

  • Hello, i want to add gadget or some sort or plugin that works as Suggest Video… basically people to send me title names or urls of things that i will get via email or some panel of plugin.

    Isn’t this something that could be done with a contact forum? What do you mean by “as Suggest Video”?

    Owning a video site, i want people to suggest me videos to upload. Simple suggest button, where they can write text or url.
