Searching for plugins for my website

  • Hi,
    I am searching for a plugin which can perform similar functionality as below link:
    https://www.developyst.org/research-library/add

    visitor can upload a pdf file with misc. info. After upload this file (as a post) is displayed in a list of posts (articles) on the website. Any visitor can search or download the post right from the website.

    If anyone has done this work before, please help me.
