Searching for plugin form with shortcode

There are some plugins that support placing forms via shortcode. E.g. this one:

I’m just not sure what you mean by

mean exactly?

This page belongs to an artist. Ed. At the bottom of each page where he is selling a painting, he has a contact form.
https://www.swarez.co.uk/modern-art-paintings-for-sale/mirages/
He knows which painting you were looking at when you contact him because of the shortcode on the form. It grabs the URL page location somehow, or post name, or page name, which is named after the name of the painting.
I want to do that.
Have the contents from the filled-in-form sent to me with the page ID.

This would be possible with both plugins mentioned above. With Contact Form 7, for example, you can simply send the URL in the email as described in their documentation: https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/
