Searching for .mo in English for WPtouch

Hi!
I just installed WPtouch and I′m very pleased that I am up and running on a mobile theme just under 5 minutes.
I want to create a langage file in Swedish, so I need to create .mo-file for that. No problem.
But it would be so much easier to do this if I could ge my hands on an English one to do my translations from – but of course that does not exist – since my French, German, Turkish etc is a bit rusty.

Anyone know where I could find that?
