Searching for a squeeze page plugin

Hi all. I’m looking for a squeeze page/ opt-in page plugin that I saw on video, created by Glen McNiel. Have seen the vid all over the internet, but nowhere does he mention the name of the plugin, and I’m not coming up with it in wp plugin searches. Any ideas?

Would also be happy with any other plugin that works similar in that, it allows for the creation of an opt-in page, which does not need to be included in my blog’s menu & can be a different theme than my primary blog.
