searching for a plugin

    Hi,

    does one of you know a plugin for following:

    Department 1 orders (buys on receipt) a downloadable product and gets a license ID.
    Dep. 1 gives Dep 2 the ID (by whatever)
    Department 2 pays for that license
    than Department 1 can download the product.
