Searching content from custom tabs

    Greetings once more.

    I was wondering if it’s possible to search the content of the custom tabs. I’m using AJAX Search for WooCommerce plugin to search the wooCommerce content on my website. I was wondering if it was possible to search the custom tabs also.

    Perhaps there’s a search plugin that integrates better with this plugin searchwise?

    Hi @davidcova,

    Unfortunately I do not know of a search plugin that reliably searches tabs. I’ve heard some people have success with the Search Everything plugin but I know at least one person reported that it didn’t work for them.

    We’ve added tab searching to our Pro version but we do not have any plans of adding it to the free version – sorry about that.

    All of the tab data is stored as Product Meta data so if you’re looking through various search plugins make sure they support “searching post meta” or “searching product meta.”
