Searching and replacing images on all multisite domains

    We would like to know if it is possible to replace an image that has been broadcasted to all our sites from our main site with an updated image.

    We sometimes replace an old image with a new image and it would be nice to be able to replace it easily from the network level, and across all sites.

    If this is possible, can you explain how? If not, can I suggest it as a new feature?
